The server

Tame It Maybe is a full PvP ARK cluster that never wipes. What you build stays yours - no seasonal reset, no fresh start forced on you.

Rates are deliberately kept low: enough to skip the grind that nobody enjoys, not enough to hand you an army in an afternoon. Tribes are capped at three players, so a raid is won by planning rather than by numbers.

Three maps, one cluster, one tribe name across all of them. The server runs on Preaquatica.

Rules

The rules are kept in English, the language of the server.

Discord
  • This server is English only.
  • Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, sexism and the like. No bullying or harassing other members. Talking trash about what someone did in ARK is another story - real lives stay out of it.
  • Never post links to other servers.
  • No malicious links or similar material.
  • No NSFW, gore or equivalent content.
  • Do not DM the owner or any staff member. Bring your problem to the ticket system instead.
  • On top of these rules, respect Discord's terms and conditions.
General
  • Exploits - grapple glitching excepted - meshing, hacking or heavy bug abuse result in an instant ban.
  • No human, humanoid or similar names.
  • Duping results in an instant ban. If you suspect you have picked up duped loot, tell us as soon as possible.
  • Undermeshing anything is forbidden.
  • Stacking tames into each other is forbidden.
  • Intentionally crashing or lagging the server results in a ban.
  • Publicly or repeatedly accusing someone of breaking the rules is forbidden.
  • No real money trading.
  • Admins have the final say.
Tribes
  • Insiding results in an instant ban.
  • Tribe names must be the same across all maps.
  • Shuffling tribemates to get around the tribe limit is forbidden.
PvP
  • No teaming for PvP. Teaming for PvE activities such as boss fights is allowed.
  • If you counter raid someone, you must finish the raid once it succeeds.
  • Repeatedly attacking the same tribe's FOB will be investigated.
  • If you counter FOB someone, you must place a FOB of your own.
  • Caging is allowed in a raid, never in the open world, and for two hours at most. As the captor it is your responsibility to track that time and to provide proof of when the caging began.
  • Despawning loot during a defence is forbidden - picking up vaults, popcorning and the like.
Building
  • No building on obelisks, wyvern trenches, lava golem, ice queen, beaver dams, player spawns and similar spots. Not sure about a location? Open a ticket and ask.
  • No open world turrets.
  • No building in the mesh, at all.
  • Your base spot or rathole must let a player walk or crouch through it. Illegal building such as zipline or pelagornis placement is not allowed. If in doubt, open a ticket.
Raiding
  • No tunnelling into bases.
  • Do not raid everyone on sight. If a tribe is far below you in progression, leave them alone unless provoked - doing otherwise gets your base wiped and your loot handed to your victims. Open world PvP stays allowed.
  • Platform saddles may block the rider, never the dino.
  • No breaking line of sight on turrets with gates or hatchframes on platform saddles, for now.
  • Hiding inside brontos and the like is forbidden.
  • No cannon raiding.
