By joining the Tame It Maybe servers, the Discord, or by using this website or the shop, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not join the servers and do not buy anything.
These terms apply alongside the server rules published on this website, which form part of the agreement.
Tame It Maybe is a privately run ARK cluster offered as a hobby project. Access to the game servers and to the Discord is free.
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability, performance, data retention or continuity. Servers may lag, crash, lose a save, be restarted, be reconfigured, change host, or be shut down permanently, at any time and without notice.
Rates, settings, mods, maps and rules may be changed at any time. Announcements are posted on the Discord.
Every player must follow the server rules. The staff decides alone whether a rule has been broken and which sanction applies: warning, item or tame removal, base wipe, temporary ban or permanent ban.
A sanction can be applied without notice and without prior warning. It gives no right to any compensation, refund, item restoration or account transfer.
Purchases made in the shop are voluntary contributions that help pay for the servers. They are not the purchase of a good, of a service, or of any right over the servers.
Anything obtained in return - a Discord rank, a cosmetic, a thank you - is symbolic and never an advantage in game. It has no monetary value, cannot be sold, traded for real money, transferred to another account, or claimed back in any form.
Every purchase is final. Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded, in part or in full, for any reason whatsoever.
This includes, without being limited to: a temporary or permanent ban, whatever its reason; a sanction applied to you or to your tribe; the loss, theft, decay or destruction of what you bought; a raid; a bug, a rollback or a lost save; a change of rates, rules, mods or maps; a server being wiped, merged, renamed, moved or shut down; the cluster closing entirely; you leaving the server or losing interest in it.
A purchase is therefore a real and definitive loss of the amount paid. Buy only what you accept to lose.
Opening a dispute or a chargeback with your bank or your payment provider leads to an immediate and permanent ban from all servers and from the Discord, and to the loss of everything obtained on the account.
Purchases are delivered in game as soon as possible. A delay caused by the shop provider, by the game host, by a server being offline, or by a queue is not a ground for a refund.
If a purchase is never delivered, open a ticket on the Discord within seven days. The staff will deliver what is missing in game. This is the only remedy offered, and it never takes the form of money.
This website - its code, its layout, its texts and everything built for it - belongs to its developer, OracleBot. Copying it, reproducing it, reusing it, reselling it or adapting it, in whole or in part, is forbidden without written permission.
The Tame It Maybe name, the Discord server and the game servers are run by their owners. ARK: Survival Evolved, its maps, its logos and its images belong to Studio Wildcard and are shown here only to identify the game being played.
The staff cannot be held responsible for any loss of progress, items, creatures, buildings or time, nor for any damage resulting from the use of the servers, the Discord, the shop or this website.
Each player is responsible for the security of their own Steam, Epic and Discord accounts, and for what is done from them.
OracleBot is responsible for this website and for the Discord server.
Dko is responsible for the shop, for the game servers and for the Discord server.
These terms may be changed at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to play or to buy after a change means accepting the new version.
Any question, claim or report goes through a ticket on the Discord, which is the only official contact channel.
